1. What materials are used in DK® UGG products?

Our footwear is crafted using a mix of premium and practical materials for comfort, warmth, and durability. These may include:

  • Genuine Australian sheepskin wool – commonly used for linings and insoles for warmth and softness

  • High-quality cow suede – often used for outer uppers, adding structure and style

  • EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) – a lightweight, shock-absorbing material used in many of our outsoles for comfort and support

  • Durable rubber – featured in some styles for added grip and outdoor performance

  • Elastic, textile or fabric trims – for stretch, flexibility or design details

2. Are your slippers suitable for outdoor use?

Yes. All DK® UGG slippers are designed for indoor and outdoor wear, featuring durable, non-slip soles that provide support and grip on various surfaces.

3. How do I choose the right size?

We use standard Australian sizing. Each product page includes a Size Guide to help you find the best fit. If you’re between sizes, we recommend selecting the larger size, especially for wool-lined styles.

4. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping across Australia for orders over $100 AUD. A flat rate of $10 AUD applies to orders under $100.

5. How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

6. Can I return or exchange my order?

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all packaging. To arrange an exchange, email us at info@dkugg.com.au.
Please note: We do not offer refunds for change of mind, but are happy to help with size or style swaps.

7. Do your products come in gift packaging?

Yes! Every pair of DK® UGG slippers or boots is packaged in a gift-ready shoe box, perfect for gifting. If you'd like us to include a gift message, simply leave a note at checkout.

8. How do I care for my UGGs?

To maintain your UGGs:

  • Use a soft suede brush to remove dirt

  • Spot clean with a damp cloth and suede/sheepskin cleaner

  • Air dry away from direct heat or sunlight

  • Apply a sheepskin water and stain repellent to protect them
    Avoid machine washing or tumble drying.
